Happy Wednesday! Cheers to being halfway through the week 🙂 I am earning my Wednesday today … I am on call and have a 12-15 hour shift ahead of me. EEK! However, one of the best benefits of being in clinic now is how ACTIVE I have been! Yesterday just on my 8 hour shift I walked nearly 4 miles. I even managed to come home and do a leg workout. I am really hoping that I can keep up with it as days go on!
Speaking of fitness … it’s been awhile since I shared a workout with you guys! Chris and I recently have been wanting to add some killer medicine balls to our home gym. Rep Fitness asked if we wanted to try their brand and we jumped on it! In the spirit of fitness Chris put together a 20 minute medicine ball AMRAP that kicked his booty.
If you’re unfamiliar with some of the moves Chris was kind enough to demo them for us 🙂
So how are we liking the Rep Fitness medicine balls? We love them! The quality of the product is really good. The stitching is solid and should withstand some pretty harsh punishment via workouts. The size is really nice and the weight is good. Chris could have used a heavier weight (he got the 16#) but I am really happy with 2 sizes we have (16# and 8#). I can see these being used for a variety of exercises in the future!

Ok … off to the hospital! I have been trying to get there by 6:30AM(ish) so I can have some extra time looking over our patients. My team is on call today so it should be interesting 🙂
