I woke up this morning feeling like today ought to be Sunday but that’s what always happens when Chris has a 3-day weekend! I was pleasantly surprised to remember we still have all day tomorrow before getting back to the grind! I am super proud of my workouts this week. I think this is my most “normal” workout week that compares pretty well to pre-pregnancy which is kind of fun! A couple of the days I didn’t feel motivated to hit the gym but I did anyway and left feeling SO much better. Amazing how that works isn’t it? Any-who … here are my weekly workouts for being 23-weeks pregnant.
SUNDAY: Intermediate Vinyasa Flow at AYS
THURSDAY: 3.1 mile run + Abs/Stretching
**All run days included a warm-up/cool-down totaling 0.58 miles (10 minutes)
TOTAL MILES: 16!!
On a side note … running is still feeling ok but I am thinking I am going to start using a belly brace in the next couple weeks or so. My friend Heather has one that she liked so I am going to borrow that and see how it works for me. If I like it, I’ll let you know all about it!
Chris is heading out to play golf and I have some freelance work I need to finish up when Em goes down for a nap but after that it’s a Korean feast up in here. I am making bulgogi, yakimandu, and fried rice. Chris has been craving Korean and I am happy to oblige. Enjoy your Saturday 🙂
