I feel like I am hitting my stride with this whole Fit Pregnancy thing. My running is getting faster and easier and I generally have the motivation and energy to conquer a workout each day. I am LOVING this! I am definitely embracing my current energy levels before the third trimester fatigue hits 😉 Last pregnancy I was able to work out up until delivery and I feel like I am on track for a repeat performance!
Here is a look at the workouts I did during my 19th week of pregnancy:
TUESDAY: 5K stroller run + 0.25 mile walk
WEDNESDAY: 3 mile treadmill pyramid workout + BBB Workout B
THURSDAY: 3 mile stroller run + cool-down walk
FRIDAY: 2 mile stroller run + 1 mile walk; BBB Workout C
Not sure what workouts will happen this weekend … We have our friends coming over tonight and lots to do. Tomorrow I have to go shopping for an interview outfit so we will see! Overall I am super happy with things this week. I logged 13 miles, got some strength in, and also did a back care one-on-one with my yoga instructor that I plan on sharing with you guys next week. Not too shabby for just about 5 months preggo 🙂
