My last What I Ate Wednesday post was all about our anniversary dinner at The Olde Pink House in Savannah. While that was delicious, I am excited to share a full day of eats with you for the first time in MONTHS! That’s what happens when you’re pregnant …. eating becomes weird. Ha. At nearly 18 weeks pregnant I finally feel like my eats are starting to get back to normal. Thank goodness. Thanks Jenn for hosting such a fun link up!
Breakfast was a breakfast burrito with eggs, Applegate bacon, and salsa. Fresh fruit on the side and half-caf iced coffee to kickstart the day!
Em and I went for a 30 minute run in the morning, after which I snacked on a Larabar before heading to post for CrossFit. After CrossFit I drank a GNC Total Lean Chocolate Peanut Butter shake and had a little trail mix. Later in the afternoon was some sugar snap peas with roasted red pepper hummus.
Lunch I had leftovers from last night – crockpot lasagna. Will be sharing my recipe with you all soon! It’s one of our favorites 🙂
Crockpot pulled pork sandwiches and roasted vegetables. Another crockpot meal that is faster and seriously delicious!
