Oh hey hey Wednesday! I love Wednesdays for a number of reasons. One, I volunteer at the hospital on Wednesdays and it’s quickly proving to be an amazing experience. Two, it means we are halfway to the weekend 😉 And of course, number three, Wednesday means it’s time to link up with Jenn of Peas and Crayons for another fantastic “What I Ate Wednesday“!

I figure this week I would show you my meals and snacks in the actual order I ate them. I had a GNC Total Lean 25 shake in chocolate peanut butter after my workout at the gym and before mommy-and-me yoga.
A delicious and nutritious green juice! I am still loving my juicer and Emmie is reaping the benefits too. I make enough for both of us and she sucks it down after her nap. Love it! #DrinkYourGreens
