Happy Wednesday! Hopefully for all of you today is also your Friday as you prepare for a long holiday weekend 🙂 We are excited for our Turkey Day tomorrow with Heather and her family. In preparation to stuff my face tomorrow, it’s “What I Ate Wednesday” today! Thanks Jenn for hosting another fab link up 🙂
Van’s Power 10 protein waffles with PB and real maple syrup with pears and strawberries on the side.
GNC Lean25 pumpkin spice protein powder and water. I have really been enjoying this protein powder. It is one that actually tastes pretty good in just water. It tastes like pure pumpkin and I love it.
Tuna salad with whole wheat crackers. Emmalyne and I were late getting back from post and I was STARVING. I needed something that would be ready in less than 5 minutes. This did the trick.
A blueberry Chobani and Love Crunch granola mid-afternoon and a honey crisp apple as I was getting dinner ready.
We grilled steaks and asparagus and had a baked potato on the side. I ate half the steak and saved the other half. Delicious.
Now, I am prepping my belly for tomorrow. I am going to do some sort of workout in the morning to curb the guilt I won’t be feeling come afternoon 😉
