Gosh I love Wednesdays! We are finally half-way to the weekend. For stay-at-home moms it means we are half-way to having HELP! HAHA. 🙂 Wednesdays are also amazing because it means that it is time to link up for “What I Ate Wednesday” with Jenn from Peas and Crayons!
Spinach and ham scramble with a side of bacon and a Rudi’s whole grain with flax English muffin with strawberry jam.
I took the Emster on a 4.5 mile run in accordance of my 1/2 marathon training plan. Pushing a jogging stroller is seriously no joke. I was spent! I average 10:30/mile which is definitely slower than I’d like but I figure I HAVE to be faster without it, right? 😉 Emmie gets a kick out of going with me though. She loved to look around for the first half of my run and fell asleep for the second half.
I met a friend at Ruby Tuesday for lunch today. It’s my goal to get out of the house at least once a day … if I didn’t I am pretty sure I would lose my sanity 😉 I got the grilled salmon with a side of broccoli and a trip to their amazing salad bar!
Homemade pizza! I used Rob’s Red Mill pizza crust mix and then added pizza sauce, mozzarella, grilled chicken, chopped spinach, and Italian seasoning. To be honest … not a huge fan of the crust. My hunt for a good homemade crust continues!
I made my first batch of homemade baby food … PEAS! Emmie LOVES them and obviously loves her veggies too 😉
