Glutino gluten free pretzles with a Laughing Cow swiss cheese wedge.

- 6oz salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic

I completed 11 rounds and burned 230 calories according to my awesome new heart rate monitor. My muscles were shaking at the end and I am pretty sure I have a date with my foam roller 😉
